Sunday-Friday, July 7-12, 2013
Activities
During this weeklong program, teens participate in daily high adventure activities such as high ropes, zip line, whitewater rafting, and more! This Summit also includes community service projects and evening recreation activities.
Leadership Training
Leadership classes include True Colors and the 7 Habits of Highly Effective Teens program. In addition, teens gain a greater appreciation of all branches of the military by learning core values and traditions.
Military Partners
Attendees are introduced to Operation: Military Kids (OMK) and will meet the community partners who make up OMK teams such as 4-H, Boys and Girls Clubs of America, American Legion, and Military OneSource.
Eligibility
Open to 14-18 year old dependent teens of current Army Reserve, Army National Guard, Navy Reserve, Marine Reserve, Air Force Reserve, and Air National Guard members.
