Rafting Waiver

All participants, adults and campers, must complete the Rafting Waiver Form. Please make sure that a parent or guardian has signed their child's forms before they leave for camp. Rafting Waiver Forms will be collected on Monday of the week of camp during check-in at Wahsega along with Medical Releases and Code of Conduct forms.
