Environmental Education Field Trips


NEW! Homeschool Days April 10-12

Join us for a 3 day environmental education camp for your whole family.  This will be a great gathering of homeschool families that love learning in nature.  The complete camp experience: stay in a dorm, eat in the dining hall, and attend classes all day and evening. NEW! Homeschool Club

Hands-on environmental education day classes for homeschoolers in the area.  Join us for a series of four classes: March 12, 26, April 9 and 23.  For ages 4 – 11.  Make new friends and learn about our environment.  Click here for more information or here for online registration


$10 Days

We are now offering a $10 trip to Wahsega! Your trip includes 2 classes that are 1 hour in length. Schedules easily fit into most school days. There are limited times and days available for this new program so contact our Environmental Education Program Coordinator, Adam Rolwes, at 706-864-2050 to plan your trip.


The Georgia 4-H Environmental Education Program provides field studies correlated to curriculum standards for students in grades K-12.
